A glittering professional's career can conceal many of the most tragic stories. Also, she was a part of the team that won the 100-meter relay. Jones was the winner of both hurdles in the indoor as well as outdoor hurdles event during the NCAA Championship in 2003. Jones is training since 2005 when she finished her education. In 2005 she won first in Torino Memorial race. Torino Memorial race, in 2006, she won in the Heusden and Ostrava runners.

Brandt moved to Auckland, New Zealand after moving from Cape Town South Africa in late in her adolescence. The local casting directors discovered her. Brandt was cast in the role as Naevia in the Starz smashes Spartacus: Blood and Sand as well as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. She was among the main stars of this series, working with Steven S. Lesley Brandt moved with her whole family from New Zealand to Auckland in the year 1999. Her first job was in Auckland as a retailer before being made an IT management consultant. Lesley Brandt played Naevia in the television series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The character was later reprised as Naevia in Spartacus: Gods of the Arena.
